A little disturbing

I'm always amazed at my ability to stay up late, and still get up at the same time almost every day without feeling completely exhausted. I stayed up late to finish a book that I had started earlier in the evening and I really enjoyed the book. But I should totally be sleeping right now. I just don't want to. Does anyone else find that disturbing??? Perhaps if I slept more, and exercised regularly I could get rid of a few area's that I don't particularly like. But I don't know if I can give up the sound of quiet. I'll try again next week to go to bed earlier and exercise. We'll see if I can manage to do it. And by the way, the book I read was a great, light, and easy read. And fascinating all at the same time. Now I'm off to bed......

That's not disturbing, that's great! I have no problem staying up late, but I have a huge problem getting up early. And I'm always tired the next day if I don't get a good 8 hours.

And yes, we do have an H&M! There's one at the mall just a few miles from my house. :D

I think it's more about having your priorities. TJ - you LOVE your late night quiet time. Instead of trying to figure out a way to make yourself do something that isn't top priority I think you should bask in the glory of a late night.

I on the other hand barely made it to 10:30pm last night and that was pushing it.

Plus, there is something so comforting in the success of having finished a book! Think of your reading as burning off the extra calories and reshaping the curves of your brain :)

before I even read that you like to stay up late I knew you were disturbing.
